  1. Fat - high-fat foods make your digestive system work double time and can also increase heartburn.
  2. Liquor - alcohol may seem relaxing at first but it screws up your blood sugar levels and interferes with your brain function including the production of serotonin, the natural chemical your body produces to make you sleepy.
